1. Booking & Contract
A contract is formed once the required deposit or full payment is received and a booking confirmation is issued.
The person making the booking must be over 18 years of age and is responsible for all passengers named on the booking.
2. Prices & Payment
All prices are subject to availability at the time of booking.
A deposit or full payment may be required to secure the booking.
The balance must be paid by the due date mentioned on the confirmation invoice. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation and loss of deposit.
3. Cancellation & Changes
Cancellation and amendment policies are advised at the time of booking and may vary depending on the airline, hotel, tour operator, or specific product booked.
If no specific cancellation or amendment terms are mentioned at the time of booking, the product will generally be treated as non-refundable and non-changeable.
4. Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended and should cover cancellation, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and travel disruptions.
5. Passports, Visas & Health Requirements
It is the traveller’s responsibility to ensure that all passports, visas, and health documentation requirements are met for the destination.
6. Customer Responsibility & Conduct
Travellers are expected to behave responsibly during their trip. Any damage, loss, or misconduct may result in refusal of services without refund.
7. Complaints
Any complaints must be reported immediately to the service provider or local representative during the trip to allow an opportunity to resolve the issue.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of UK courts.
